AMA was born in Havana, Cuba from a love of creativity and community. As young female entrepreneurs in Cuba, Maria and Ana faced many challenges, but their passion for handmade artistry and empowering women never wavered. Today, they are a team of ten artisans, including retired women and single mothers, dedicated to crafting beautiful, unique pieces. Each item is made by hand, often taking days to complete, reflecting their commitment to quality and tradition. At AMA Havana, every piece carries a piece of their story.
